The transformable bed base system is made of anodized extruded aluminum; the installation of the front panel is done with no hardware. The balancing system of the tilting mechanism is provided with a safety stop, with no tie-rods nor springs at sight, since they are inside the frame with adjustable system. The frame is integrated in the structure of the unit and slides during opening and closing on polyzene cams. Supports and joints are made on proper moulds and fusion. Opening and closing are done by an easy movement, through a handle placed on the front shelf, that by a swinging movement becomes support of the bed on ground. Since this shelf remains always parallel to the floor, it is not required to displace objects on it while the bed opens.
